About

Vision, paired with disciplined execution.

Megan Sanders

Megan Sanders is a creative strategist, consultant, and leadership developer with more than two decades of experience turning vision into measurable results. As co-founder of M², she helps nonprofits and mission-driven businesses bridge the gap between purpose and performance — bringing a marketplace perspective that strengthens operations, develops leaders, and builds sustainable growth.

Her career began in Charleston’s restaurant industry, where she served on multiple opening teams and learned firsthand how strong organizations are built — strategic planning, operational systems, culture, customer experience, and leadership development. She went on to open restaurants, serve as a general manager, build award-caliber wine programs, and advise businesses on sustainable growth through her consulting practice, Golddigger Consulting. A Certified Sommelier (WSET Level 2, Wines), she also consults on hospitality and wine programs through Eclectic Somm — currently helping Keowee Key expand its wine program and elevate front-of-house service.

Her heart for service also drew her to work with Ripple of One, where she founded programs that empowered women navigating seasons of transition. Her own journey of healing led her to become a certified TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) Provider, deepening her understanding of resilience and healthy leadership.

At M², Megan brings the marketplace lens to mission-driven work — helping leaders think strategically, build scalable systems, develop healthy teams, create accountability, and execute with excellence. She believes a compelling mission deserves equally compelling leadership and execution.

Above all, Megan is a wife of more than twenty-one years, a mother of five, and a leader who believes the greatest measure of success is helping people and organizations become everything they were created to be.
